State regulation of social advertising

Abstract
In the article the directions of improvement of state regulation of promotional activities such as the use of social advertising as an important means of a report to the public and sends socially significant events. The attention to the need to develop a balanced concept of social advertising, based on systematic and synergetic approach, to the using of ordered and effectively applied mechanisms of state regulation of social and economic processes. Noted the importance of the formation of state bodies and active cooperation relationships with the subjects advertising based on social partnership. Marked on the need for partnership between the public administration and business promotional activities at the national, regional and local levels of involvement in the management of public authorities, associations and organizations.
