Institutional and legal mechanisms of public administration in the sphere of ensuring of national security of Ukraine

Abstract
It should be noted that public management decisions make up the foundation for the relevant legal and intuitional state mechanisms. These public management decisions are regulated by the relevant Law of Ukraine “On national security of Ukraine”, which was adopted in 2018. It was defined that it meets not all of the requirements, which are set to this type of regulatory acts. In particular, the matter is in the accuracy and validity of determination of those, who are involved in the provision of national security. It was proved that in the field of national security, it is necessary to apply the following state legal instruments. It was determined that among these instruments in the field of national security legislation is a special place. It was defined that legislation make up the foundation for the relevant institutional state mechanism. The main peculiarities of formation of this mechanism were specified, as well as the main problems of its subjective composition. The domestic legal frameworks of state organizational necessary for national security of Ukraine were analyzed. It was proposed to make appropriate amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On National Security of Ukraine”, as well as to supplement the subjective composition of the institutional mechanism of public administration in the sphere of national security of Ukraine.
