Statistical analysis of working efficiency and quality of assembly process

Abstract
Working efficiency and quality are closely linked to the assembly process. In the absence of one of these factors, i.e., if the productivity is high, but the production is of low quality or vice versa, the enterprise will suffer losses. Therefore, these two factors must be considered equal and should be improved. The means of improvement of working efficiency and quality in an assembly process are analysed in this paper. The importance of working efficiency and quality is emphasized, and the main factors that influence working efficiency and quality are pointed, and the results of quality control are discussed. The methods of improvement for working efficiency and quality were proposed after the analysis of the investigation results, and proposals for decreasing waste and the improvement of matching tighter force moments of assembled components to established standards were given. It was practically proved that working efficiency and useful working time increased and assembly waste decreased according to given proposals and work results
