Abstract
<p class="pe">В роботі розглянуті проблеми вимірювання коротких інтервалів часу, зокрема можливість застосування мікроконтролерів широко вжитку з порівняно невисокою тактовою частотою для вимірювання коротких інтервалів часу з високою точністю.</p><p class="pe">В якості шляху вирішення задачі запропоновано використовувати статистичний метод вимірювання інтервалів часу. В роботі приведені результати розробки та дослідження статистичного вимірювача інтервалів часу.</p><p> </p>
