Status of legal regulation of labor relations with scientific and pedagogical workers: actual problems and ways of improvement.

Abstract
The article analyzes the main shortcomings of the regulation of labor relations with scientific and pedagogical workers of institutions of higher education, in particular, regarding to the conclusion of a contract, the conduct of competitive selection, attestation, regulation of working time and material incentives for employees. Proposals and recommendations for the improvement of these provisions are formulated.
