Abstract
In the article the question of the essence of the object of administrative and legal regulation of public order in the field of education. Basic legislative, bylaws, decisions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine are analyzed, on the basis of which the author singled some groups of needs and determined their priority in the mechanism of administrative and legal regulation of the educational state order.
