STEPS TO IMPROVE PROSECUTOR'S WORK AND INCREASE PUBLIC CONFIDENCE

Abstract
The article is devoted to improve the activity of the prosecutor and increasing public confidence in the institution of the prosecutor's office as a whole. Attention is paid to the analysis of legislative acts and their impact on the effectiveness of the activity of the prosecutor's office. Factors of influence on the formation of public opinion about law enforcement bodies in general are considered. The steps are proposed to improve the activity of the prosecutor and increase public confidence in his activity. It is concluded that such measures will create the proper conditions for the productive activity of the prosecutor on the basis of modern achievements in the field of scientific organization of labor, and also will ensure the improvement of the activity of the prosecutor's office as a whole.
