STIMULATION ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND ECONOMIC ACTIVITY IN THE SPHERE OF HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL HERITAGE

Abstract
The sphere of historical and cultural heritage includes economic activity that uses the heritage resource, exists and develops thanks to it, namely: cultural tourism and the related hospitality industry, historical real estate, protection and representation of heritage, traditional local crafts, etc.Entrepreneurship is considered not only as an economic activity, but also relations and actions that are implemented in a non-standard way and should bring a certain effect. One such action is the social economy, which means economic activity that combines economic and social objectives. The authorities can support it by economic and non-economic methods. The following tools to support entrepreneurship associated with the use of historical and cultural heritage resources are identified and analyzed: administrative and legal, infrastructural, financial and «soft» support tools, as well as the role of the business climate and clusters in this process.
