Strategic directions of development of export potential of the aviation complex in change of economic and political vector

Abstract
Introduction. Іn modern conditions, one of the main prerequisites for the effective functioning of the national economy, the key to its dynamic development is the expansion of export potential. Accordingly, the strategic task is a large-scale increase of Ukraine's presence in foreign markets. The partial or total loss of traditional markets that has taken place in recent years has strengthened the need to find effective solutions for the development of Ukrainian exports. Results. Therefore, foreign investment should occupy a special place in the structure of foreign economic priorities of economic development. At the same time, in the face of aggravation of global competition between countries, national economic policy should be oriented not so much on the direct participation of countries in world investment processes, but on creating conditions for their investment cooperation on a partnership basis, both on the national and international markets, as the Ukrainian aviation complex requires significant financial and modern state support. The strategic potential of an enterprise is characterized not only by the existing recourses but also by the potential opportunities of an enterprise to increase the efficiency of their usage. As such opportunities we can identify the qualifications of employees, the existence of recourses, minimizing risks at fulfilling the set tasks etc. Managing the process of the strategic potential formation of an enterprise in a volatile and unforeseeable environment is extremely important, as it gives a possibility to analyze the influence of extrinsic and intrinsic environment factors and to predict the existence of potential dangers and ways of their elimination. Currently an enterprise encounters more and more ambiguous risky situations which directly influence the general strategy of its performance. These factors can be outlined, defined and minimized by their risk factors while conducting external economic activities. Conclusion. Effective state policy in the conditions of technological modernization of the economy should focus on stimulating the increase of investment and innovation activity of the aviation complex, but also take into account the importance and priority of the directions of development of innovation activity in the middle of the state for the implementation of projects with a higher level of investment and innovation attractiveness.
