STRATEGIC PRIORITIES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF BASIC ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL FORMS OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract
Introduction. It is necessary to clearly understand the powers of state authorities, local self-government bodies and the agricultural enterprise itself when developing a program of strategic priorities for the development of organizational and legal forms of agricultural enterprises. Purpose. The purpose of the paper is to theoretical research and development of practical recommendations for the formation of strategic priorities for the development of agricultural enterprises. Methods. The dialectic method of cognition and the systematic approach are the theoretical and methodological basis of the research, according to which the strategic priorities of organizational and legal forms and the role in this process of agricultural enterprises are disclosed. A historical and logical method of research has been used in the paper to characterize the development of agricultural enterprises and to plan a strategy for the future. Results. It has been investigated that when developing strategic priorities for the development of agricultural enterprises it is necessary to pay attention to managerial synergy, which means the achievement of a new better effect from the application of target landmark and mechanisms for their implementation. The peculiarities for formation of the concept of social and ethnical attitude to the workers of the agricultural enterprise and the territorial community in the villages have been revealed. A number of measures have been outlined, implementation of which will ensure the development of the basic organizational and legal forms of agricultural enterprises of the effective priority of the agricultural sector as a factor in the social and economic development of the state. It has been suggested that, it is appropriate to take into account that the strategy covers four periods, requires the injection of financial investments and a reasonable scientific approach for the further effective development of agricultural enterprises in order to solve the strategic priorities of the development of organizational and legal forms of agricultural enterprises. Discussion. The obtained research results are the basis for creating a program for the development of agricultural enterprises in the future.
