STRATEGICAL MANAGEMENT IN REALIZING OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL PROGRESS: REGIONAL ASPECT

Abstract
Against the backdrop of the historical correlation of progress and regress, the regulatory significance of socially important traditions and innovations of cultural and civilizational worlds is studied. The features of a new paradigm jump in development are singled out. The role of managerial compositions for regional strategy doing is shown. The directions of changes are revealed. A particular attention is paid to the organizational and managerial culture of carrying out of the strategic transformations.
