СТРАТЕГІЧНІ НАПРЯМИ РОЗВИТКУ ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНОГО КАПІТАЛУ СІЛЬСЬКОГОСПОДАРСЬКИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

Abstract
J.G.Horyaschenko, Т.S. Dronova Strategic directions of development of intellectual capital of agricultural enterprises. The article is dedicated to the research of the factors of reproduction and effective use of the intellectual capital of agricultural enterprises, including its main components - the competence of employees, intellectual property and infrastructure assets. The authors concluded that there is a necessity of development and implementation of strategies in enterprises of agrosphere, application of matrix methods of analysis and motivation of employees. Conducted SWOT-analysis of labor resources farms showed the need to introduce innovative technologies to improve the material and immaterial motivation of agricultural workers. The strengths of agricultural enterprises included growth of level of technical equipment, energy facilities, the proportion of university graduates, the proportion of workers advanced training in manufacturing, increased funding certainly contribute to the efficient use of labor in agricultural enterprises. However, to the weaknesses attributed - low salaries, staff development, population pressure and so on. The threats included high labor mobility, low efficiency of capital, unfavorable demographic trends, unfavorable demographic conditions, rising unemployment, growing share of time not worked and more. State of farms can be improved by funding education, training and retraining, increasing incomes, using the integrated concept of managing people - "tactics assignments". Thus, the result of a questionnaire in order to determine feasibility of using "tactics orders" were research capacity and willingness of employees to make decisions, take the initiative to manage their time, find a way out of the difficult situation, use knowledge and skills.
