СТРАТЕГІЧНИЙ АНАЛІЗ В СИСТЕМІ УПРАВЛІННЯ СІЛЬСЬКОГОСПОДАРСЬКИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

Abstract
L. Kustrich. Strategic analysis in the management system of agricultural enterprises. In the current economic conditions, agricultural enterprises are faced with the task of ensuring not only survival, but also continuous development and capacity building. Achieving this goal is possible only with a strategic approach to managing the operating activities of agricultural enterprises. The article will try to find out the feasibility of strategic analysis in the management system, as well as the need to implement strategic management in agricultural enterprises. It is argued that the strategic analysis is aimed at ensuring the processes of developing strategic goals, strategies and the formation of a strategic plan. The analysis is periodic, assessing unregulated indicators of the company's external environment, correlating them with internal, regulated indicators. Strategic analysis, as a stage of monitoring the implementation of the company's strategy, aimed at ensuring the processes of identifying strategic problems, assessing the achievement of goals and implementing strategic plans, assessing the effectiveness of strategies and expenditures implemented. In our view, the goal of strategic analysis is to develop an overall picture of the internal impacts and constraints imposed on strategic choices. Internal analysis focuses on identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise and determining expectations and opportunities to influence the strategic planning of owners (shareholders) and personnel. It is sufficient to prove the role and place of economic analysis in the management system, as well as the need to implement strategic management in agricultural enterprises. This necessitates the transition of individual enterprises from the goal of achieving stability in management work with the goals of strategic development, provides an opportunity to gain a foothold in a certain market and ensure a gradual advance, successfully competing with other agricultural enterprises. In our opinion, this approach to management will allow agricultural enterprises to reach a high level of development. Failure to understand the new goals and opportunities of the current stage of development of the Ukrainian economy can lead enterprises not only to reduce their business and financial activity, but also to bankruptcy and property changes.
