СТРАТЕГІЧНИЙ ПІДХІД ДО УПРАВЛІННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНОЮ ДІЯЛЬНІСТЮ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

Abstract
A.S. Panchuk, Y.I. Novitskaya. The strategic approach to the management of innovative activity of the Ukraine’s enterprises taking into account the practice of global strategic experience. The strategic approach to the management of innovative activity is suggested in the article. According to the researches the enterprises of European developed countries and the rest of the world has been recognized that innovation is the most crucial factor in founding a competitive advantage in conditions of rising competition. Therefore, the main tasks of this article are identifying current problems of innovation management of Ukrainian’s enterprises, analyzing the advantages of using the strategic approach to innovation management and research the basic strategic management approaches to managing global research and development (R & D). Nowadays enterprises of Ukraine have a serious crisis in the field of innovations, which is caused by a several contemporary problems. Relative to enterprises these problems are divided to external (related to innovative macroand microclimate) and internal (related to the innovative potential and innovative process management). It is extremely important to take active measures to overcome these problems for further successful development of Ukrainian’s economy. It is difficult to provide a steady position and success of the enterprise without defining strategic directions of further development in conditions of globalization, expanding the boundaries of markets and diversification. Different approaches can be used for this, but most effective among them is the strategic approach, which provides certain advantages during using. According to the practice of global strategic experience there are some basic approaches to managing progress of development, planning and implementation R & D. In accordance with these approaches manager’s actions which focused to the research and development in the particular enterprise are elected. Before the election of a particular approach to managing research and development in the enterprise it is necessary to evaluate all the "pros" and "cons", and therefore the results of each of them. It was concluded that using the strategic approach to the process of innovation management and global experience in the practice of strategic management are the active measures aimed at the overcoming the crisis in the sphere of innovations.
