СТРАТЕГІЯ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ КОНКУРЕНТНОЗДАТНОСТІ ТЕЛЕКОМУНІКАЦІЙНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ТА ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ЗВ’ЯЗКУ

Abstract

Korenyuk P.I., Shepel’ N.G., Kulyk M.V. Strategy of increasing of competitiveness of telecommunication enterprises and communication means enterprises. Sustainable development information and telecommunication infrastructure is an essential prerequisite for increasing the competitiveness of economy and integration of Ukraine into the global information society, allows us to empower people to access national and global information resources, to improve the conditions and quality of life. The development of the world economy entails the increased competition in global and local markets. The main type of communication services which is also worth paying attention to are telecommunication services providing communication channels and the Internet. Future prospects of efficient development of telecommunications companies, particularly communications companies, in the first place depend on the implementation of a comprehensive assessment of their operating, financial and investment activities. Based on the data about the main types of expenses of the enterprises of communication, and demand for telecommunications services, the optimal distribution is the management of such a company, namely the separation of the provision of various services in the different divisions of the enterprise taking into account General features of the units at the interaction between the company and contractors. Thus, at carrying out of mutual settlements between telecommunications operators for using their networks there is a need to develop methods of calculating the cost of services network access by the dominant operator and, based on it, the size of the settlement rates. Also suitable is the construction and maintenance of a private telecommunication network, given that every year though and reduced the number of new subscribers, but the total cost of such a network will grow, and the demand for communication services will grow. Proposed management model would allow us to distinguish the responsibility of individual enterprises that are focused and concentrated on the provision of relevant telecommunication services and communication services. We need to introduce a unified system of monitoring and quality control services. Improving the quality of service provision positive impact on the activities of the telecommunication market of the region and state.
