Abstract
N.V. Chebanova, N.M. Koroliova. Control Strategy of economic potential of the enterprise. Purpose of the study. Approaches to the development of management strategies for the economic potential of the enterprise in order to increase their competitiveness. The purpose of the study. The aim of the study is to define a strategic approach to managing economic potential, given its components. To achieve this goal the following objectives have been identified and addressed, reflecting the logic and structure of the study: - identify gaps in existing approaches to the development of management strategies economic potential of the enterprise; - justify the need for the development of imaging technologies management strategy Economic potential of the enterprise; - to provide an algorithm procedures for developing the economic potential of the control strategy; - to prove the need to develop strategies for managing the individual components of the economic potential, in particular human resources; - to reveal the alternatives of human resource management policies of enterprises. Research methods. The study used methods of system analysis, logical generalization, abstract logical methods. The results. Studies have shown that to improve the competitiveness of enterprises need to manage all the components of the economic potential, in particular human resources. The choice of a particular variant of the enterprise human resources management policy, as a component of economic potential is determined by the specific characteristics of its management practices, on condition of formation and implementation of the management strategy. Scope results. The results can now be used to develop and implement strategic approaches to managing economic potential in order to increase its competitiveness.
