ВИХІДНІ МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ ПЕРЕДУМОВИ РОЗВИТКУ ІНТЕГРАЦІЙНИХ ВІДНОСИН В АГРАРНОМУ СЕКТОРІ

Abstract
A.A. Gutorov. Initial methodological preconditions of the integration relations’ development in the agrarian sector. Functioning of any social and economic system is based on initial norms, rules, methods and mechanisms, which provide its stability and development in the conditions of a changeable environment. Scientific and informative process in the form of scientific research of the phenomena and processes within social and economic systems has to be based on the perfect methodology. Therefore, systematization and generalization of the principles of the integration relations’ development in the agrarian sector of the economy is an urgent problem of scientific search. The subject of research is the methodological bases of the integration relations’ development in the agrarian sector of the economy. A research objective is to generalize the principles as initial methodological preconditions of the integration relations’ development in the agrarian sector of the economy. Methodological research basis is the dialectic method of knowledge, the system approach to studying initial methodological preconditions of the integration relations’ development in the agrarian sector of the economy, economic theory’s fundamental positions and the groundwork of scientists. In its process the methods as abstract-logic, theoretical generalization, system analysis, synthesis, monographic were applied. Results of research. The critical analysis of literature on the studied problem gave the chance to define the general and particular principles of formation and realization of the integration relations in the agrarian sector of the economy. So, as the general principles we defined the principle of concernment subjects of the integration relations; principle of formal voluntary participation in the integration relations; principle of integrity and subordination of integration conditions; principle of unity of objective and subjective essence of the integration relations; principle of the integration relations’ development, principle of an optimum ratio of integration at all levels of economic system’s hierarchy; principle of comparative advantages and comparative costs; principle of global external economy; principle of internalization of external effects. The particular principles of the integration relations’ development in the agrarian sector of the economy are mostly identical to the classical principles of the organization, management, business, accounting, investment activity, etc. Sphere of results application. The received results significantly supplement and concret the methodological basis of the integration relations’ development in the agrarian sector of the economy.
