STRATEGY OF FORESTRY ENTERPRISES IN THE SYSTEM OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The article presents the peculiarities of forming the strategies of forest enterprises in Ukraine. It is proved that the processes of strategic management should be related to the need to ensure a balanced forest use based on the use of all functions of forest resources. In order to increase the role of forest resources in national wealth, it is necessary to switch to forestry, which simultaneously would ensure both highly profitable production of newly created values and the corresponding current resource cost of the profitability of forest resources through effective capitalization. The system of management of processes of capitalization of forestry is analyzed and formed. The main modes of forest use and the strategy of forest enterprises are presented.
