Strengthening the competitive position of the enterprise on the market of labor

Abstract
Introduction. Competitive struggle is an integral part and the driver of development in a market economy. Competition takes on different forms in the context of the implementation of business activities and differs according to the type of markets and the role in which the company is represented on them. At the same time, there is a lack of research on the competitiveness of enterprises in the labor market.. Purpose. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the ways of strengthening the competitive position of the company in the labor market. Results. The role of competition in the processes of self-organization in the economy is investigated. The content of the term "competitiveness" is analyzed. It has been established that the diagnosis of the competitiveness of the enterprise is extremely important given the role of this indicator in the overall assessment of enterprise activity, in particular, in the context of globalization. It is stressed that the most often, in researches of competition and competitiveness the object of research is the products (services) of the enterprise, demand for them, their share in the market, that is, the classical model is considered when the enterprise forms a supply, while consumers are in demand. The labor market is shaped by the demand of enterprises, but the proposal forms the bearers of human capital. The individual parameters of the competitive situation by types of economic activity are analyzed. The features of competition in the "sub market" of labor, which can be described as "intellectual labor market", are investigated.. Conclusion. As a result of the research, it was proved that strengthening of the competitive position of the company in the labor market depends on the macroeconomic conditions of functioning, ownership, management ability to develop and implement competent marketing and personnel policies, optimize the costs of attracting labor resources and reduce staff turnover. A promising direction for further research is the development of mechanisms for preventing threats to the competitiveness of enterprises in the labor market in connection with the processes of globalization.
