STRESS FACTORS OF KURSANTS (STUDENTS OF THE MIA) OF THE MIA OF UKRAINE AND METHODS OF SUBMISSION BY THE ORGANIZATION OF SPECIAL PHYSICAL TRAINING (TRAINING)

Abstract
The article presents the main approaches to understanding the concept of "stress". The theoretical approaches concerning the problem of study of stress are analyzed. The problem of stress resistance in the training of cadets of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is described. The main causes of the emergence of stress situations in the Ministry of Internal Affairs cadets were revealed. The symptoms of stress detection and the stage of development of a stressful situation are revealed. The article deals with the system of special physical training of cadets of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Psychological aspects of the professional activities of future police officers are taken into account. The constructive influence of means of special physical training on the psychologically important qualities of the future law-enforcement officer is offered. Recommendations for implementation of methods of formation of psychological readiness of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the performance of their official duties in the educational process are given.
