STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS OF THE SYSTEM OF MANAGEMENT ECONOMIC SAFETY OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
In the article, the author investigates the role of the mechanism of management of economic security in the general system of enterprise management. The article describes the preventive management of economic safety of the enterprise and anti-crisis management with a distinction of an integrated approach that will include the principles of the mentioned types of management of the subject's economic security. The primary functional objectives of economic security management at the enterprise are determined and the importance of determining its level by means of conducting an appropriate assessment of the use of resource support. The importance of the information security of the enterprise is determined. Collected and processed informational data play an important role in the initial stage of the formation of a strategy for ensuring the economic security of an industrial enterprise. The principles of forming the system of economic security in the context of its functional components are revealed. In order to ensure effective management of the safety of a machine-building enterprise, subsystems such as the subsystem of planning and forecasting, information subsystem, analytical, efficient performing subsystem and feedback subsystem on which directly management decisions are made should operate. The process of conducting diagnostics in the system of economic security of the enterprise, which is based on several stages of the actions of the relevant specialists of the enterprise, is described. The basic principles on which the system of management of economic safety of industrial enterprises and its functional elements should be based are outlined. Each structural element of management is characterized in providing the proper level of economic security of the economic entity in conditions of strengthening of integration processes.
