Abstract

The components of the author’s structural and functional model of forming the ecological competence of future civil fleet officers in the form of interactive technologies are theoretically substantiated in the article. The content of the categories «modeling» and «model» in the context of the research is analyzed by conducting expanded excursion into the interpretation of these definitions in pedagogical science. It is established that under the category of "modeling" researchers understand the way of studying objects by creating their detailed models. It is generalized that in pedagogy modeling is used as a method of scientific knowledge of actual pedagogical objects, as a method of teaching with the aim of solving certain didactic tasks. The essence of modeling is determined, which consists in establishing the similarity of phenomena (analogies), the adequacy of one object to another in certain relations, and on this basis a simpler transformation of the structure and content of the object into a more complex model, than the original. The components of the author’s structural and functional model of forming the ecological competence of future civil fleet officers by means of interactive technologies are characterized.
