STRUCTURAL-FUNCTIONAL MODEL OF TRAINING FUTURE TEACHERS OF PHYSICS TO THE ORGANIZATION INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY OF STUDENTS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of formation of future teachers of physics to innovative competence. The latter is seen as an integral part of professional competence of teachers and determines its ability to implement innovative search in their professional activities. An important component of the innovation competence of future teachers of physics arises, its ability to organize the innovation activities of students in the learning process. This ability is the result of a process of formation of readiness for the organization of innovative activity of students. The purpose of this article is to analyze the components we have developed structural-functional model of preparation of future teachers of physics to the rganization of innovative activity of pupils, which refl ects the main relevant methodological training system of teachers of physics and reveals the links between these elements. The proposed model has the following blocks: target, substantial, theoretical and methodological, organizational and methodological, diagnostic and effective. Feedback between blocks of the model allows for the adjustment of content, methods, means and forms of training depending on the result, which is due to rosablanca methodical system of training of future physics teachers. Further research we associate with the study of features of creation of educational environment for the formation of future physics teachers readiness of the organization of innovative activity of students.
