STRUCTURE AND COMPETENCE OF CUSTOMS BODIES: EXPERIENCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the structure and competence of the customs authorities of the Republic of Poland with a clear division of powers and tasks between them. The author focuses on the need to improve the customs service in order to adapt it to new demands and changes in the economy. It is emphasized that the use of the positive experience of reforming the customs authorities of Poland will enable Ukraine to carry out the European integration process more quickly, qualitatively and effectively.
