“STRUCTURE” AS A SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CATEGORY AND ITS CHARACTERISTIС FEATURES

Abstract
Purpose. The main purpose of the research carried out in this article was the application of systematicity to the problems of the formation in the agricultural sector. Methodology of research. In the process of research, general scientific and special methodological approaches and methods were used, in particular: the systematic approach – to the consideration of the problem; monographic method – when studying literary sources of the problem under study; methods of analysis and synthesis – when considering different points of view in the disclosure of the essence of the concept "structure" and its characteristic features, the abstract and logical method – when drawing conclusions from the results of the study. Findings. The essence of the concept “structure” is revealed, systemic analysis and comparison of interpretations of this concept by different scientists are carried out. Systemic understanding of the concept “structure“ in the article has allowed grouping of different points of view in the disclosure of this interpretation and to characterize their features. The characteristics of the structure has been studied: a special form of economic activity; autonomy in decision making; availability of freedom of choice, directions and methods of activity; constant presence of risk factors. It has been proved that the development of the structures plays a major role in the formation of the state's agrarian policy. The existence of different structures can be considered as a strategic direction for the creation of civilized agriculture in the countryside. Originality. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is to justify the fact that the optimal number of structures in the rural areas will create the additional jobs and the possibility of earning money for peasants, protection and rational land use, that is, stable economic growth, and further and progressive development of the region. Practical value. The results of the research can be used to create various organizational and legal forms of agricultural enterprises.
