STRUCTURING CONCEPT "FINANCIAL SAFETY OF JOINT STOCK COMPANIES"

Abstract
he author determines the place and role of financial security of joint stock companies in the national security of the state. The paper contains an analysis of the approaches of domestic scientists regarding the isolation of the structural components of the concept "financial security of the enterprise". The advantages and peculiarities of functioning of business entities in the form of joint-stock companies are determined and their significance for the state economy is proved. On the basis of this author, the following is proposed in the structure of the notion "financial security of joint stock companies": threats to financial security of a joint-stock company, financial security indicators of a joint-stock company, marginal (optimal) values of financial security of a joint-stock company, financial interests of a joint-stock company, objects of financial security of a joint-stock company, subjects of financial safety of a joint-stock company, financial security of a joint-stock company and dominant fin security of joint stock companies.
