Studentai – mokytojo partneriai pedagoginio bendravimo sistemoje

Abstract
Remiantis atlikto tyrimo duomenimis, straipsnyje analizuojamas studentų požiūris į bendravimą su mokytoju, šio bendravimo turinys bei galimybės tapti mokytojo partneriu. Atskleista, kokią įtaką studento kaip mokytojo bendradarbio socialinei brandai turi mokytojo nuostatos į studentą kaip bendradarbį ir bendravimą su juo lygis. Siekiama atskleisti, kaip savo bendravimą su mokytojais vertina patys studentai. Pateikiama studentų bendravimo su mokytojais įgūdžių raiška, studentų bendravimo su mokytojais komponenčių statistiniai ryšiai. Atskleista tai, kad spartėjant mokytojų rengimo kaitai, iškyla pedagoginio bendravimo gerinimo problema.
