Studentų motyvacijos transformacija studijų procese

Abstract
Darbas susideda iš dviejų dalių. Pirmoje dalyje motyvacija aiškinama kaip psichinių procesų visuma ir kaip poreikių ir motyvų sąveika. Antroje dalyje charakterizuojamas studentų motyvo, studijuoti socialinį darbą, turinys: tai motyvo pasirinkimą lėmusios priežastys, jo patvarumo bei įsisąmoninimo lygis. Taip pat vertinamas studentų motyvacinių veiksnių, pagal F. Herzbergo dviejų veiksnių teoriją, poreikis, kuris perspektyvoje suvokiamas kaip tinkamas savęs realizavimas darbinėje veikloje.
