СТУДЕНТТЕРДІҢ ӨЗБЕЛСЕНДІЛЕНІМІНІҢ ЕРЕКШЕЛІКТЕРІ

Abstract

In this аnnotation is devoted to students' self- actualization. Psychological features of student life and the importance of self-actualization in personal and professional development are indicated. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the concept of self-actualization of personality is described. Presented are the results of experimental work to determine the levels and indicators of students' self actualization (orientation in time, values, a look at human nature, the need for cognition, creativity, autonomy, spontaneity, self-understanding, autosympathy, contact, flexibility in communication). The relationship between the levels of self-actualization of students of the 1st and 4th year and the relationship between the criteria for self-actualization were determined by the T-test and comparative results. As a result of the research, the concept of self-actualization is based on the category of complex categories of people, the activation of their potential personal qualities, the identification of internal contradictions of self-development, the effective solution of personal and professional tasks, the mobilization of own resources for the implementation of life plans and programs, internal contradictions in self-determination, the ability to survive and provide readiness.
