STUDY OF PLANAR DEEP-SEAL THE CONCRETE MIXTURES VIBRATION EXCITER CIRCULAR OSCILLATION IN THE OPERATING MODE

Abstract

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to study rational parameters of the planar deep seal of concrete mixtures with vibration exciter of circular vibrations in the operating mode. Methodology. A fundamentally new design of the deep seal of concrete mixtures, made in the form of a vertical injection, on the top of which is mounted vibration exciter circular vibrations. The principle of its operation is described. The calculation scheme of the dynamic system "planar deep seal – concrete medium", in which the latter is presented in the form of reduced weight and reduced coefficients of inelastic and elastic resistance, is made. The moment of inertia of the reduced mass of the concrete mixture relative to the center of gravity of the oscillating system is found. The inertial, elastic and inelastic forces of resistance of concrete mix which act on a vertical plate in the course of their joint fluctuations are defined. The equations of motion of the vertical plate in contact with the concrete mixture, describing its rectilinear oscillations in the horizontal plane and torsional vibrations relative to the center of gravity. The equations of motion take into account the action of the inertial forces of the deep sealer and the compacted concrete mixture, the forces of elastic and inelastic resistance of the concrete mixture and the friction forces of the lower edge of the vertical plate on the concrete mixture or base. Results. The regularity of the movement of the working surface of the vertical plate interacting with the concrete mixture in the horizontal direction and causing normal stresses in this concrete medium is established. Originality. The variable amplitude-frequency mode of the vertical plate motion is implemented, which causes the propagation of elastic-plastic deformation waves in the compacted layer and provides the creation of a pulsed stress-strain state. This mode allows for effective compaction of all types of concrete mixtures, plastic with a draft cone OK=3,5-4 cm mixtures and rigid mixtures stiffness G=30-120 c. Practical. The results of the research allow us to justify the rational parameters of the planar deep seal, performing spatial vibrations, and effective modes of vibration impact on concrete mixtures of different consistency.
