SYSTEM OF HYDROMECHANICAL CLEANING OF INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER SURVIVORS

Abstract

Purpose. To analyze the development of systems for hydromechanical cleaning of survivors from industrial wastes. Methodology. The schemes of purification the existing scraper conveyor of the primary clarifierare has been given. A survey of the operation which showed their unreliable work, connected primarily with the frequent failure of the clips, chains and, as a consequence, a large amount of labor-intensive repair and adjustment work has been conducted. In this regard, in replacing the scraper conveyor, a hydromechanical method of purification the bays of the primary horizontal clarifier has been proposed. Practical value. The method of purification represents a central pipeline, in which at a distance of one meter from one another located junctions on which caps are mounted at an angle of 33 to the bottom of the section has been proposed. Moreover, the steps of the junctions and caps have been chosen in such a way that the zones of action of unbroken fighting jet cover each other both along the length and width of the clarifier section. Results. The system of hydromechanical purification differs from the existing (scraper conveyor) with a high degree of effective purification, economy, reliability has been proposed without requiring large operating costs.
