LABOR POPULATION MIGRATION IN KAZAKHSTAN IN CONDITIONS WHEN FUNCTION EURASIAN UNION

Abstract
Purpose. The article is devoted to problems of population migration within the framework of the Eurasian Union. The level of the country's further development depends on this, therefore it is important. Methodology is based on existing methodological approaches which allow evaluating interrelation of migration and economic indicators. It is discussed one of the problems of modern national economic development - reasons for migration. Results. The Eurasian Economic Treaty includes the following articles: cooperation in the field of labor migration; Labor activity of workers; Rights and duties of workers. Russia is the main reference point for migration from Kazakhstan. Globalization stimulates emigration to places with comfortable conditions. The article examines the dynamics of GDP per capita indicators, the unemployment rate, and the average wage in the countries of the Eurasian Union. The migration models, in particular, the gravitational model of external migration, are studied too. Conclusions. Russia and Kazakhstan occupy leading positions in GDP per capita. By the level of unemployment, Belarus has the least importance. The largest average monthly wages have developed in Russia. This caused the inflow of migration to these countries from Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. In Kazakhstan, the legislative framework for migrants is good. There are government programs to support small businesses. Such conditions promote economic development.
