SOCIAL INNOVATION INTRODUCTION PROCESS: ESSENCE, PROBLEMS, WAYS OF EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract
Purpose. Definition of the essence of social innovation introduction process, justification of the end result of this process and the disclosure of the source base of its continuous implementation, and the allocation of subject-object relations socio-innovation process, which it's possible to start a systemic change and to narrow the scope of the asocial practices in the programming of socio-economic development in national territories. Methodology. For the solution of the tasks several general scientific methods are used, namely analysis and synthesis with critical assessment of the approaches of domestic and foreign scientists concerning the essence of «innovation»innovation introduction process and also providing their concept of the author, summarizing the rationale for the conceptual terminology of «social innovation» and social innovation introduction process; system-structural in the design of the institutional content of the system of social innovation introduction process, abstract logic in the implementation of theoretical generalizations and forming conclusions. Results.Proposed to interpret social innovation introduction process as a set of practical actions of the state, legal persons and citizens regarding the implementation of social innovation and social changes, the performance of which depends on an objective definition of the sectors of the economy that are in need of socialization in a given time, and ochotorena corresponding social improvements. It is proved that the spring base social innovation introduction process is the continuous improvement of existing social institutions and agencies which, because of multipurpose certainty social contact metamorphosis and stochasticity many of their constructs. Reasonably methodological platform provide controlled social innovation introduction process based strategy rssmon the formation of the construct of social innovation. Originality. First formed theoretical and methodological provisions of the conceptual level on the conceptual and categorial features of social innovation introduction process and the mechanism of its appropriate implementation to ensure progressive social development. Practicalvalue. The ordering of the conceptual-categorical apparatus of social innovation introduction process will contribute to the justification of social policies and will exclude from the practice of management the situation regarding the unprofessional of solving the problem of ensuring of social dynamics.
