Study of stabilization processes of amplitude quality of ore flow of iron-ore open-pit mine

Abstract
The article defines the conditions and significance of managing the quality of ore in an open-pit mine, presents the results of the analysis of the state and factors influencing the fluctuations of the quality of iron ore raw materials in the quarries of the Krivbass mining and processing enterprises, taking into account the rhythm of the work of the quarry equipment and transport, as well as formulated the problem of creating a generalized quarry system for managing the quality of ore flows and directions for its solution by integrating all elements of the system and optimizing the modes of paired operational reloading their nodes in the chain of stabilization of quality in the formation of ore flow. In iron-ore quarries with COT technology, unloading of the rock mass in the ore outlet is carried out by dump trucks in a turn-by-turn mode, when discrete volumes of the ore mass are mixed and form the flow. In this case, the ore from the faces with a minimum and maximum content of the useful component has the greatest impact on the amplitude fluctuations of the quality of the ore stream. One of the ways of smoothing the fluctuations of the quality of iron ore raw materials is the use of the method of dual unloading, which aims to stabilize the quality of the quarry ore quarts due to the pairing of vehicles transporting ore from the benches with the maximum and minimum content of the useful component.
