Study of the Relationship between Islamic Ethicsbased Management and Organizational Justice and Commitment among Managers of Different Schools at Zahedan Pre-province

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between Islamic ethics and organizational justice and commitment among managers of schools at various levels of Zahedan pre-province. The research method is correlational. The statistical community of this research includes 500 male and female managers among schools at city of Zahedan in that 217 male and female managers were selected in stratified random sampling method based on Morgan Table. Also, three questionnaires namely Islamic Ethics, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Justice Questionnaires were used to assess Islamic ethics, organizational commitment and organizational justice among managers. Reliability coefficient of Islamic ethics questionnaire is obtained 0.72, organizational development, 0.74 and organizational justice is 0.90. Data obtained were analyzed using statistical measures such as mean, Spearman correlation coefficient, Mann-Whitney Test and KruskalWallis. The results obtained in this study are as follows: A significant positive relationship was observed between Islamic ethics and organizational commitment; also, a positive significant relationship was observed between ethics and organizational justice. No significant difference was seen between Islamic ethics and organizational commitment of the managers at various levels while a significant difference was seen in the managers' organizational justice at various levels at the 95% level.
