SUBJECTIVE CORPORATE OBLIGATIONS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The problematic of the subjective corporate obligations is reviewed in the article. The national legislation of Ukraine regulating subjective corporate obligations is analyzed. Proved, that corporate subjective obligations depend from subjective corporate rights, which the participant of the entity has. Subjective corporate obligations connected with subjective corporate rights and are the element of the corporate legal relations. Subjective corporate obligations are assigned to the participant of the business entity by normative legal acts, and depend on the legal form of entity. The classification of corporate obligations into three groups is marked: general, special and local. The specifics of corporate rights of participants of commercial and joint-stock companies and their features are considered.
