SUBSIDIARY APPLICATION OF LEGAL NORMS IN THE PROCESS OF CRIMINAL-LEGAL QUALIFICATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the actual issues of subsidiary application of legal norms in the process of criminal-legal qualification. The author analyzes the legislator's approach to the design of the blanket disposition of the criminal-law norm and possible problems in its application.
