THE CLASSIFICATION OF NORMATIVE LEGAL ACTS REGULATING THE SPHERE OF ARMS CIRCULATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of normative legal protection of arms circulation in Ukraine. As a result of the analysis of normative legal acts of Ukraine and international instruments in the sphere of arms circulation, their classification was carried out. The basis of the classification is different criteria, but the criterion of specialization was taken as the basis.
