Abstract
У статті розглядається міграційна політика Франції за президентство Ф. Олланда, в контексті сучасної міграційної кризи. Аналізуються основні причини та напрями міграційних потоків. В дослідженні основну увагу приділено розгляду процесу формування сучасного міграційного законодавства Франції та її участі у розробці міграційного законодавства Європейського Союзу. Розглядається цілеспрямований процес інтеграції мігрантів у французьке суспільство. This article analyzed the current migration crisis in the EU and the role of France in its decision at national and European level. The problem is considered in the period 2012-2016, during his presidency, Francois Hollande. A brief overview of the main reasons, directions, and quantitative indicators of immigration flows in recent years. In this article for understand the foundations of modern migration policy of France respetuosa her problematic aspects of previous presidents J.Chirac and N. Sarkozy. This article lists the main institutions of the French Republic responsible for the formation and implementation of migration policy. The focus of the study was on reviewing the process of formation of the legislative framework of migration policy of France since 2012, Analyzes the main normative legal acts which establish state controls over migration flows. Consider laws the simplification of the legalization of immigrants, establishing new procedures to review each request for asylum, the laws are designed to create more favorable conditions for skilled foreigners and the law on the rights of foreigners. Given the deep involvement of France in the European integration process, the formation of EU legislation in the area of migration policy in the context of solving the immigration crisis and the role of France in this process. Analyzed the "European agenda on migration" and defines the main medium - and long-term main directions of migration policy of the European Union. The definition of the concept "integration of immigrants" and its level. The author examines the role of this policy for modern political development of France. This article analyzed approaches to integration of migrants policy the various forces of the modern French Republic.
