СУЧАСНА МОДЕЛЬ ФІЗИЧНОГО ВИХОВАННЯ СТУДЕНТІВ, ЯКІ ПОСТРАЖДАЛИ ПІД ЧАС ПРОВЕДЕННЯ АНТИТЕРОРИСТИЧНОЇ ОПЕРАЦІЇ, ОПЕРАЦІЇ ОБ’ЄДНАНИХ СИЛ

Abstract
Introduction and purpose of the study. As a result of the military events in eastern Ukraine, the proportion of young people who participated in the antiterrorist operation, the operation of the combined forces, participated in hostilities, suffered the loss of loved ones, carried on service in extreme conditions, and experienced significant psychological shocks. There are numerous facts of violation of the adaptation of participants and witnesses of combat operations during the period of return to peaceful life: increased conflict, high level of aggression, suicidal behavior, alcoholism, drug addiction, etc. The experience of all, without exception, participants in armed conflicts shows that a greater proportion of human losses occur not on the battlefield, but even after hostilities - as a result of suicides, internal conflicts, drunkenness. Modern living conditions place high demands on the health and intellectual capacity of young people. Future specialists should have a high professional qualification, be healthy, physically well-trained and have a high level of ability to work, so the health of the students who suffered during the counter-terrorist operation, the combined forces, is a very important indicator throughout the entire period of training. The marked deterioration in the health of this category of students requires the search for new, effective means and methods of physical education to address the problem of strengthening the physical and spiritual health of young people, the formation of a healthy lifestyle. The problem of physical education of students who suffered during the anti-terrorist operation, the operation of the united forces during their studies in higher education institutions, and its inadequate study led to a study aimed at improving the system of physical education. The hypothesis of the study is that the use of substantiated means of physical education in various forms of physical education in higher education institutions will improve the psychophysical state of students who suffered during the antiterrorist operation, the operation of the combined forces and will improve the quality of the process of physical education in institutions higher education. Aim: to substantiate and define the structure and content of the modern model of physical education for improvement of the psychophysical state and adaptation to the educational activity of the students who suffered during the antiterrorist operation, operations of the united forces. Materials and methods: included the method of theoretical analysis, documentary method, generalization and systematization of the data of scientific and methodological literature and the Internet. The study was attended by 60 students who suffered during the antiterrorist operation (internally displaced persons, participants in the anti-terrorist operation, operations of the united forces) who study at the higher education institutions of the city of Dnipro. Results: the article defines the structure and content of the modern model of physical education for improvement of the psychophysical state and adaptation to the educational activity of students who suffered during the anti-terrorist operation, the operation of the combined forces. The content of the model is determined by the directions of influence of the system of physical education, namely, pedagogical, physical, psychological and social components. Each of the components, in turn, has its own components of the characteristics of the formation of psychophysical qualities: physical, personal, communicative, volitional. In the process of physical education the stages of formation of physical, mental and social health of this category of students, their orientation and content are determined. The main attention is paid to the selection of means of physical culture for improving the psychophysical state and adaptation to the educational activity of students who suffered during the anti-terrorist operation, the operation of the combined forces. Conclusions The positive role of the proposed model of physical education for the students who suffered during the anti-terrorist operation, the operation of the combined forces is that it not only affects the physiological component of adaptation (level of health, functional and physical fitness), but also activates the process of socio-psychological adaptation, by including students in collective activities (gaming technologies used in physical education classes, sectional exercises, participation in sports and physical culture and health events, sports holidays within the week of faculties), as well as improves the psychophysical and emotional state (adaptive and communicative qualities, neuropsychiatric stability), increases the level of activity and ability to work in educational activities.
