ИКОРИСТАННЯ НОВІТНІХ ФІТНЕС-ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ У ЗАКЛАДАХ ЗАГАЛЬНОЇ СЕРЕДНЬОЇ ОСВІТИ

Abstract
А significant part of students are dissatisfied with traditional physical education classes in the Ukrainian secondary schools. This affects the loss of interest in them, as well as a decrease in their level of physical fitness and health. The purpose of this research is to explore the possibility of using the innovative fitness technologies in the process of physical education in secondary schools and find out which fitness programs are interesting for students. Materials and methods – a survey of schoolchildren in the amount of 75 people (25 people of each age) of the Kyiv school No. 20 and physical culture teachers of Obolon secondary schools of Kyiv in the amount of 22 people; analyzing data from fitness clubs sites to find out which fitness programs they offer to school-age children; used the analysis of scientific and methodological literature and mathematical statistics methods. Results. 76% of young schoolchildren want to practice on the path of health, 19% chose Roup skipping, 5% – exercises with various equipment. 40% of middleschool students chose fitball aerobics, 24% preferred pamp aerobics, 20% preferred roup-skipping, and 16% preferred slide aerobics. 56% of high school girls chose to exercise at the gym, 24% chose aerobics, and 20% of girls wanted to play badminton. Conclusion. Teachers and students are ready to introduce innovative technologies in the physical education of secondary schools. At the same time, the desire of children and the priorities of teachers, unfortunately, do not always coincide. So, in the preparation of fitness programs for use in general educational institutions, it is necessary to study the interests and needs of children
