Abstract
In the article the current state and prospects of scientific organizations of the NES of Ukraine was investigated6 It is found that despite the existing strong scientific complex that capable to produce effective results of the Furopean and global level8 research organizations of Ukraine not act properly as the source of innovation and economic growth6 It is proved that the key problem is the lack of demand for domestic scientific innovation in the domestic market mainly due to the absence of additional incentives for implementing innovation8 reduction of material and technical resources8 imperfect system of inventions transfer and commercialization and lack of research= ers competence for attracting additional international financing8 transfer and commercialization of research results6 Es a tool of innovative growth it is proposed the use of scientific models of corporate competencies by web technologies and management systems of researchers innovation competencies development
