SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT AND THE COMPANY CUSTOMERS LOYALTY

Abstract
A customer is foundations of business and he/she is the key participant of the market. More and more often building customer loyalty becomes not only an element of a competitive advantage leading a company to a success, but a factor which decides on its existence on the market. There are a number of factors which influence company customers loyalty, inter alia, the supply chain management. The article presents the impact of the supply chain management on the company customers loyalty.
