Support for backup of the Samba AD proprietary management system

Abstract
Currently, information is a valuable resource, the loss of which can disable any system. Based on this, it follows that data backup is an integral part of the modern world. Backup guarantees the preservation of important information, ensuring long-term and continuous operation of the platforms. The purpose of the study is to study in detail the effective backup in Samba Active Directory. The article describes each stage of the Samba AD domain implementation, as well as setting up a backup copy of the user database. Such integration would make it easier to centralize the management of users, computers, and resources in one system. Special attention is paid to the details of backup of the Samba Active Directory domain using its own built-in tools. Backup methods are described, as well as the results of a practical experiment demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed approach. The article will be useful for system administrators and IT professionals interested in ensuring the reliability and fault tolerance of their information systems, as well as those who are considering the possibility of implementing Samba Active Directory into their work.
