Sustainable development in Ukraine: theoretical aspects

Abstract
The essence of the concept "sustainable development" and clarified its definition. The components of sustainable development are considered and their intercommunication and interdependence are certain, the expediency of transition of country is reasonable to conception of sustainable development. The objectives and basic principles of formation of the model of sustainable development of Ukraine are selected in modern conditions, taking into account the world experience. The indexes of economic component, which assesses the sustainable development goals of the country, are presented. The dynamics of statistical index of GDP is illustrated per capita in Ukraine and Poland. Appropriate conclusions are drawn regarding the prospects for its further development.
