Abstract

Konstantinova T.V. Essence and peculiarities of development of strategic management at food industry enterprises. The article investigates scientific approaches to the definition of the economic essence and peculiarities of the development of strategic management of food enterprises in the conditions of permanent crisis phenomena. It is proved that the general scheme of strategic management in food enterprises is a complex of system-forming components of strategic management, in particular: analysis and evaluation of innovation and investment environment, formation of strategy of innovative activity, mechanisms and tools for strategy implementation, analysis, evaluation and control of strategy implementation, etc. The components that ensure the stability, continuity, resilience and effectiveness of the strategic management system are strategic management thinking, strategic information and strategic adaptability. Key words: strategy, development, strategy of enterprise development, strategy of development of the food industry enterprise.
