Synthesis of Petaloid γ-Bi2MoO6 Microcrystal and Its Visible Photocatalytic Degradation for Carbon Tetrachloride Petaloid

Abstract
The petaloid microcrystal ofγ-Bi2MoO6was synthesized via the surfactant assisted hydrothermal method.The visible light degradation of CCl4aqueous solution catalyzed byγ-Bi2MoO6was studied.Based on orthogonal design principle the main experimental factors (visible light power, p H value, dosage ofγ-Bi2MoO6and degradation time) were optimized.The results show that the petaloidγ-Bi2MoO6microcrystals can implement excellent catalytic degradation for CCl4.The visible catalytic degradation of CCl4belongs to firstorder reaction kinetics with mean apparent speed constant of 0.008 49 min-1.
