SYSTEM AND COMPETENCE OF CONTROLLING AUTHORITIES AND THEIR CUSTOMERS BY APPLICATION OF ACTIONS TAX PRIMUS

Abstract
The article is devoted to analysis of the system and the competence of regulatory authorities. The author separately focused on issues of bringing to responsibility of officials of controlling authorities for violation of the rights of citizens. The author came to the conclusion that it is necessary to make the liability rules of regulatory authorities and their officials is suitable for use at the initiative of taxpayers, linking content standards to the common abuse of regulatory bodies.
