SYSTEM OF ECONOMIC INTERESTS OF SUBJECTS OF REGIONAL ECONOMY

Abstract

The article deals with the features of the formation and functioning of the system of economic interests of the subjects of the region in the context of ensuring regional development. According to the results of the generalization of approaches to studying the peculiarities of the formation of a system of economic interests of the subjects of the region and the search for their balance, it has been established that this problem has not been sufficiently investigated. This determined the choice of the purpose and objectives of this study. It is substantiated that all processes that stimulate the development of the region directly depend on the ability of local authorities and businesses to find common economic interests, their points of intersection, and develop an effective system to prevent their collisions based on harmonization and cooperation. The directions of contradictions of economic interests at the regional level are determined and the necessity of finding their solution as the key tool for ensuring the effectiveness of the implementation of the economic strategy of the region's development is substantiated. The necessity of finding the balance of economic interests as a factor of economic security of the region is established. A number of contradictions, barriers and obstacles for the implementation of management processes at the national and regional levels in the context of development processes are identified. The directions of regulatory influence on the part of the state and regional authorities in resolving regional conflicts of economic interests are proposed through objective determination of the target orientation of economic growth of the regional socioeconomic system. According to the results of the study, objective conclusions were drawn about the need to find directions for elimination of contradictions and harmonization of economic interests at the regional level, the development of a mechanism for coordinating economic interests and their financial support, which should become the subject of further scientific research.
