System of economic security management of food industry enterprises

Abstract

Definition of the concept of economic security in the context of food industry enterprises is not sufficiently studied. A permanent comparison of the factors that threaten the economic safety of food industry enterprises requires the establishment of a system for monitoring the state and dynamics of the industry in order to timely prevent the dangers and threats and take the necessary measures for protection and counteraction.
